NOTICE TO THE MARKET

Usinas Siderúrgicas de Minas Gerais S.A. - USIMINAS ("Usiminas" or "Company"), hereby informs its shareholders and the public in general that yesterday it has entered into a Judicial Settlement Agreement with the Brazilian Antitrust Authorities (Conselho Administrativo de Defesa Econômica - CADE), in order to end all disputes related to the Administrative Process 08000.015337/1997-48,which was being processed before such body, and to the judicial lawsuit number 2000.34.00.000087-1,in addition to the other lawsuits related to the case. The referred agreement also includes all the demands related to the former Companhia Siderúrgica Paulista - COSIPA, which was merged into the Company in 2009, including the lawsuit number 2000.34.00.000088-4.In return, the Company will pay to CADE the amount of R$ 118,607,000.40, which is already duly provisioned, in installments, within a maximum period of 3 (three) years, with the payment of the first installment in up to 30 (thirty) days after the conclusion of the agreement and the remaining six installments due on the following dates: 06.30.2021, 12.31.2021, 06.30.2022, 12.31.2022, 06.30.2023, 12.31.2023 - which shall be updated, by SELIC, until the payment date
