USCB FINANCIAL HOLDINGS, INC. U.S. Century announced the appointments of Nelson Hidalgo and Martha Guerra-Kattou on January 11, 2015. Hidalgo joins the company as an EVP leading the business banking division, the same position he held at TotalBank, and Guerra-Kattou joins as SVP and director of sales and marketing, the same role she held previously. Hidalgo joins the Doral financial institution as an EVP leading the business banking division, the same position he held at TotalBank, and Guerra-Kattou joins as SVP and director of sales and marketing, the same role she held previously.
De la Aguilera's and Pazos' jump from TotalBank to U.S. Century was announced in December, shortly after TotalBank terminated 58 employees in an effort to lean out bank operations.De la Aguilera replaced former U.S. Century President and CEO Carlos Davila.
