1.	Asia Investment,	At the present, the company is studying two other AIDC projects including one dam

	Construction	cascade, r.o.r, which was originally under a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
	Sole Co., Ltd.	approved by the Board of Directors. According to the extension of the Memorandum of
	(AIDC)	Understanding (MOU) dated February 11, 2022, the Board of Directors has considered and
		viewed that the Company shall conduct a due diligence for each project. The Company
		shall consider the availably of fund if the company decides to invest in the project
		including the readiness of the working team and the status and progress of the project. In
		the past, the company has developed a progress by making an investment in the projects

		under the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) consistently which the company will
		conduct a study of a new project after the investment in another project has been
		completed. In addition, the study of the aforementioned projects is still under the
		Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) period, which will expire on June 30, 2022 or there
		is a change in the deposit to invest with AIDC, the Company will report the progress
		accordingly.
2.	One company in	According to the company has extended the period of the Memorandum of
	Thailand	Understanding (MOU) for the feasibility study of the aeration turbine, solar energy project
		from January 2022 to May 10, 2022. When the MOU is due, the company still cannot
		acknowledge any progress or development from the study, this is mainly due to the
		continuous epidemic of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19), therefore the company has
		decided not to invest in aeration turbine, solar energy projects, on May 10, 2022, the
		company received the full amount of deposit back in the amount of 20 million baht, plus
		interest at a rate of 3% per annum, in the amount of 1.70 million baht, according to the
		agreement in the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
3.	One company in	According to the Board of Directors meeting No. 11/2021 held on 29 October 2021
	Lao PDR	has resolved to approve Parabolic Solar Power Company Limited, a subsidiary of
		the company, to invest in totaling 80 percent of the total issued and paid-up shares
		of ASIA ENERGY AND UTILITIES HOLDING (SINGAPORE) PTE. LIMITED ("AEU"). AEU has
		key objective in holding 44 percent of the total issued and paid-up shares in Central
		Wind Power Joint Stock Company ("CWP") which is operating the Phuong Mai 3
		Wind Power Plant in Vietnam with capacity of 21 MW, located at Nhon Hoi
		Economic Zone, Binh Dinh Province, Vietnam, in the total purchase price of USD 7.1
		million or THB 236.05 million approximately, the payment conditions whereby the
		payment will be made in 2 installments: USD 3.4 million in the completion date as
		the first installment, and USD 3.7 million when the EIRR as specified by the
		company. Therefore, PSP needs to spend 3.4 million US dollars or THB 111.70
		million, and the company has negotiated a reduction of deposits in the coal-fired
		power plant project from USD 6.4 million. Remaining deposit of USD 3 million or
		THB 99 million approximately and deposit refund of USD 3.4 million on January 25,
		2022.

		In this regard, the company continues to conduct feasibility studies of the coal-fired
		power plant project continuously. Moreover, the said study is still under the
		framework of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) which will expire on 25
		August 2022 or there is a change in the deposit in any investment, the company will
		continue to report on its progress.
