United Breweries (Holdings) Limited (BSE:507458) plans to exercise its option to acquire stake in Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers Limited (BSE:530011) from Zuari Fertilisers and Chemicals Ltd. United Breweries Chairman Vijay Mallya disclosed that its board would look at exercising the option of having equal stake with Zuari Fertilisers in Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers.
