Petri Tuutti, controller of Tuutti Invest Oy, and Antti Aalto, controller of Nobody Capital Oy agreed to acquire 10% stake in VISIO Asset Management from United Bankers Oyj.

Petri Tuutti, controller of Tuutti Invest Oy, and Antti Aalto, controller of Nobody Capital Oy (buyers) agreed to acquire 10% stake in VISIO Asset Management from United Bankers Oyj (HLSE:UNIAV) on January 16, 2017. The purchase price for VISIO Asset Management will be paid on February 28, 2017. The ownership will be transferred to the buyers with the payment of the trade. The divestment will not have a significant impact on United Bankers’ net sales or operating profits of 2017.
