Union Auction Public Company Limited Appoints Wilaiwan Srisamrual as Independent Director, Member of Audit and Risk Management Committee in Place of Sarawut Charuchinda Effective from Jan. 1, 2018 Onwards

The board of directors meeting of Union Auction Public Company Limited held on Dec. 18, 2017 has passed the resolution to appoint Wilaiwan Srisamrual as the company’s director, independent director, member of audit committee and risk management committee in replacement of Sarawut Charuchinda, the resigning director. The appointment will be effective from Jan. 1, 2018 onwards.
