Uni-Asia Group Limited Announces Retirement of as Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of Remuneration Committee, Member of Audit Committee and Member of Nominating Committee

Uni-Asia Group Limited announced that Mr. Rajan Menon retired as Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 26 April 2019 at the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting. Concurrently, Mr. Menon ceased to be the Chairman of Remuneration Committee, Member of Audit Committee and Member of Nominating Committee.
