Reference is made to UBIS ( Asia) Public Company Limited ( the "Company")' s offering of newly issued ordinary shares to existing shareholders of the Company in proportion to their respective shareholdings ( Rights Offering) during 14- 15, 17- 18 and 21 February 2022, in the amount of 56,999,997 shares which the allocation ratio of 4 existing ordinary shares to 1 newly issued ordinary share at the offering price of 4. 00 Baht per share, from which the Company received 227,061,512. 11 Baht in aggregate net proceeds.

The Company would like to provide notification regarding accumulated use of the net proceeds as of June 30, 2022 as set forth below.
