At the Annual General Meeting on 25th of April in Horgen, the shareholders of u‑blox Holding AG approved all proposals (including the advisory vote on the compensation of the Board and the Executive Committee) of the Board of Directors with the exception of proposal 4.1 (modification of art. 3a of the articles of association) which was withdrawn from the agenda by the Board of Directors.
266 shareholders attended the meeting. A total of 3'424'336 voting shares were represented, corresponding to 75.54% of the issued share capital with voting rights.
