Disclosure of Sustainability Information and the Establishment of

"Sustainability Committee"

TV Asahi Holdings Corporation (the "Company") hereby announces that in line with contributing to a sustainable society while achieving Group growth, it will work to disclose climate-related information in accordance with the recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) and information regarding human capital development. Moreover, the Company also announces that at the Board Meeting held today, the establishment of a "Sustainability Committee" has been approved and the Committee shall oversee and monitor the risks and opportunities related to sustainability issues of the TV Asahi Goup.

1. Disclosure based on TCFD Recommendations

TV Asahi Group aims to contribute to a sustainable society while achieving Group growth and has announced the "Five Key Issues for the Future" in May 2022 where one of the key issues is "Contributing to the future of earth." As a media outlet, the Group strives not only to report disaster-related information to save human lives, but also provide information that furthers the protection of the earth's rich environment. The Group has endorsed the recommendations of the TCFD and will continue to disclose analyses and measures regarding climate change-related issues.

2. Policy and Disclosure regading Human Capital Development

The Group believes that in order to capture the needs of viewers/consumers and provide information and content that are both inspiring and worthy to society in an increasingly diversifying world, it is necessary to secure a workforce that is rich in diversity which embraces different values, backgrounds and experiences. Moreover, it is important to develop human resources where each person's potential and individuality is fully realized and also build a workplace that furthers job satisfaction and growth in a mentally and physically healthy environment. As such, the Company has established its policy regarding the mid-term measures and goals of human capital

development and shall disclose information in accordance with the policy.

3. Establishment of Sustainability Committee

The Group will establish a "Sustainability Committee" that shall discuss crucial issues and measures regarding matters related to sustainability. The Committee shall continually and concentratedly identify and assess risks and opportunities that may largely affect the sustainability and continuation of the Company, and shall promptly reflect the findings in its corporate strategy.
