  TTW Public Company Limited (TTW) would like to announce that the Board of Directors meeting No.3/2016 held on 11st August 2016 at Rachavadee Room, 23rd Floor, Viriyathavorn Building, 587 Sutthisarnvinijchai Road, Din Daeng, Bangkok

  The Meeting to approve interim dividend would be paid at the rate of 0.30 Baht per share totaling 1,197million Baht, which will be paid from the company's net profit during January to June 2016 and from unappropriated retained earnings and will be paid out as follows:

• Profits gained from corporate income tax-exempted (BOI privileged) at the rate of 0.011 Baht per share, totaling 43.9 million Baht. Recipients of natural person shareholders are not subject to withholding tax, and shall not be entitled to a tax credited.

• Profits gained from 20% corporate income tax-paid at the rate 0.264 Baht per share, totaling 1,053.4 million Baht. Recipients of natural person shareholders are not subject to 10% withholding tax, and shall not be entitled to a tax credited.

• Dividend from unappropriated retained earnings at the rate of 0.025 Baht per share, totaling 99.7 million Baht. Individual shareholders are subjected to 10% withholding tax, and shall not be entitled to a tax credited.

The Record Date specifies the list of shareholders entitled to receive dividend is on 25th August 2016, and the list of shareholders shall be complied pursuant to Section 225 of the Securities and Exchange Act by closing of the share register book to suspend the share transfer on 26th August 2016. The dividend payment date is set on 9th September 2016.
