Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On January 10, 2023, Rebecca L. Young, Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer of Trulieve Cannabis Corp. (the "Company") gave notice of her resignation to be effective as of March 10, 2023 in order to pursue other opportunities. Ms. Young will continue to serve in her role as Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer of the Company through such date in order to allow time to transition her responsibilities to her successor. Ms. Young's departure is not based on any disagreement with the Company's accounting principles, practices or financial statement disclosures. Upon the effective date of her resignation, Ms. Young will be entitled to her vested restricted stock units under the Company's 2021 Omnibus Incentive Plan.
