TrueCar, Inc. announced that Charles Thomas, the Company’s Vice President and Controller and principal financial officer and treasurer, tendered his resignation as the Company’s treasurer effective upon January 27, 2021. Thomas will remain the Company’s Vice President and Controller and its principal accounting officer.
