EXTENSION OF DEADLINE TO RELEASE FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE PERIOD ENDED 30 SEPTEMBER 2023

The Board of Trans Switch Africa Holding Ltd would like to inform its shareholders and other stakeholders that consolidated financial statements for the period ended 30 September 2023 has taken more time than anticipated to finalize due to the company's recent acquisition of the Direct Transact Group.

Hence, the Company will not be in a position to publish its abridged unaudited consolidated financial statements for the period ended 30 September 2023 (the "abridged unaudited results") within the 45- days deadline from its period end date.

The Company accordingly has obtained the formal approval of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd to delay the publication of its abridged unaudited results until Thursday, 30 November 2023.
