The Panoply Holdings PLC announced the appointment of Rachel Neaman to the Board as a non-executive director, effective immediately. Rachel has extensive experience in digital public sector leadership, having led a number of senior management positions at technology organisations. Rachel now runs her own consultancy providing strategic advice and mentorship to Boards and senior executives. In addition, she is a mentor for PUBLIC's GovStart programme, helping technology startups transform public services.
