Tourn International AB (publ) (NGM:TOURN), the Chief Executive Officer of Gravel Sweden AB, and its previous majority shareholder acquired unknown majority stake in Gravel Sweden AB on April 24, 2019. Tourn acquired 51% stake in Gravel Sweden for SEK 0.32 million, while the Chief Executive Officer and previous shareholder also acquired additional shares. Gravel Sweden's current Chief Executive Officer will remain at his post.
