Toupargel Groupe : arranges €40m in financing

TOUPARGEL ARRANGES €40M IN FINANCING TO SUPPORT ITS OXYGENE 2020 STRATEGIC PLAN

Civrieux d'Azergues (France), 1 February 2018

Toupargel announces that on 30 January 2018 it simultaneously entered into a €15M senior loan agreement, a €15M real estate sale and leaseback transaction relating to four sites, and an agreement for a €10M contribution from its principal shareholders.

The confidence demonstrated by our financial partners and shareholders will allow us to carry out the Oxygène 2020 strategic plan launched in 2017.
