TOTVS S.A. reported consolidated earnings results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2012. The company reported net revenue of BRL 361.5 million in fourth quarter, up 7.9% compared with fourth quarter of 2011. EBITDA was BRL 93.791 million in fourth quarter of 2012, up 7.7% compared with fourth quarter of 2011. Net income was BRL 66.868 million, up 11.4% compared with same period a year ago.
The company reported net revenue of BRL 1,414.0 million in 2012, up 10.5% compared with 2011. EBITDA was BRL 378.0 million in 2012, up 22.5% compared with 2011. Net income was BRL 207.148 million in 2012, up 22.3% compared with 2011. Cash flow was BRL 125.329 million in 2012, up 129.7% compared with 2011.
