Constantino; and Aurora T. Catderon appointed as Members of the Audit and Risk Oversight Committee. Teresita J. Leornardo-De Castro appointed as Chairperson of the Related Party Transaction Committee; Consuelo M. Ynares-Santiago, Minita V. Chico-Nazario, Ferdinand K. Constantino, Aurora T. Calderon appointed as Members of the Related Party Transaction Committee; a Consuelo M. Ynares-Santiago appointed as Chairperson of the Corporate Governance Committee; Minita V. Chico-Nazario, Teresita J. Leonardo-De Castro, Ferdinand K. Constantino, and Virgitio S. Jacinto appointed as Members of the Corporate Governance Committee.
