Tong Yang Industry Co.,Ltd. announced earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2019. For the third quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 5,178.731 million compared to TWD 5,394.502 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 495.597 million compared to TWD 397.369 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 449.097 million compared to TWD 362.697 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.76 compared to TWD 0.61 a year ago. For the nine months, sales was TWD 15,769.700 million compared to TWD 17,445.980 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 1,530.984 million compared to TWD 1,390.942 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 1,481.502 million compared to TWD 1,441.709 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 2.5 compared to TWD 2.44 a year ago.

The Repair and Maintenance Market segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of automobile and motorcycle spare parts for repair and maintenance market. The main products include bumpers, headers, instrument boards, engine covers, fenders and fans. The Company operates within the domestic market and to overseas markets, including China mainland, the United States and other countries.
