Tong Yang Industry Co.,Ltd. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2020. For the second quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 3,305.242 million compared to TWD 5,281.076 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 347.472 million compared to operating Income of TWD 498.030 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 9.557 million compared to net income of TWD 532.227 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 0.02 compared to basic earnings per share of TWD 0.9 a year ago. For the half year, sales was TWD 8,101.206 million compared to TWD 10,590.969 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 122.056 million compared to TWD 1,035.387 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 365.690 million compared to TWD 1,032.405 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.62 compared to TWD 1.75 a year ago.

The Automobile Assembly Market segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of automobile and motorcycle spare parts for automobile assembly market. The Repair and Maintenance Market segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of automobile and motorcycle spare parts for repair and maintenance market. The main products include bumpers, headers, instrument boards, engine covers, fenders and fans. The Company operates within the domestic market and to overseas markets, including China mainland, the United States and other countries.
