Aga Media Co., Ltd., Youngguk Hyun and Sungwan Lee acquired 3.02% stake in Leechem Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A131100) from YH Fund 1 for KRW 1.8 billion on October 21, 2016. As reported, Aga Media Co., Ltd., Sungwan Lee and Youngguk Hyun acquired 0.13 million shares, 0.08 million shares and 0.25 million shares in Leechem Co., at an offer per share of KRW 4,000.
Aga Media Co., Ltd., Youngguk Hyun and Sungwan Lee completed the acquisition of 3.02% stake in Leechem Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A131100) from YH Fund 1 on October 21, 2016.
