The Company/Board of Directors has accepted her resignation and she will be relieved from her responsibilities with effect from 25th June, 2022.

Its dextrin has uses in the adhesive industry, chemical and dye industry, textile industry, color industry and foundries. Its liquid glucose has uses in the confectionary and ice-cream, bakery, tobacco, pharmaceutical and tanning industries. The Company has its manufacturing unit in Village Sejwaya, Ghatabillod, Dhar, and Madhya Pradesh.
