The Standard Batteries Limited informed that Mr. Mahendra Parekh, has tendered his resignation as Company Secretary, due to personal reasons, with effect from 1st January, 2024. Further, Mr. Hiren Sanghavi, will be appointed as Company Secretary of the Company in addition to the post of General Manager of the Company with effect from 01st January, 2024.
