The Kingfish Company announced a new retail product launch with Albert Heijn. The new product consists of MAP skin-off deboned portions, and will be available online and in more than 300 stores starting on the week of June 28th. It is certified by Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC), and sets a new bar in sustainable, non-GMO, and antibiotics free high quality retail-ready seafood. As part of its 2021 continued focus on retail, The Kingfish Company is now offering a suite of hi-spec retail ready products including skinless, boneless, fixed weight individually vacuum-packed and MAP portions, both fresh and sashimi grade frozen. The full line of loin/belly/tail fixed weight retail ready portions is now available, with additional value added retail ready products in advanced development.
