In addition, each shareholders shall be limited to one proposal and the number of words of a proposal to be submitted by a shareholder shall be limited to not more than three hundred (300) words. (2)Shareholders could submit proposals from 2022/04/15 to 2022/04/27. (3)The Company did not receive any proposals from shareholders.
