On November 17, 2021, The Glimpse Group, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its entry into a Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work with a leading global social media and metaverse company.

A copy of the above-mentioned press release is attached herewith as Exhibit 99.1.

ITEM 8.01 Other Events

On November 11, 2021, the Company entered into a Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work with Meta Platforms, Inc. for a $1.0 million augmented reality software and services contract, which is expected to be delivered over the coming months. The project was completed in June 2022.
