The Bank of Khyber (the Bank) is engaged in the business of commercial banking and related services. The Bank operates 235 branches, including 122 Islamic banking branches. The Bank has four segments. Corporate Finance segment includes services provided in connection with mergers and acquisitions, underwriting, privatization, securitization, research, debt (Government, high yield), equity, syndication, initial public offer and secondary private placements. Trading and Sales segment includes fixed income, equity, foreign exchanges, commodities, credit, funding, own position securities, lending and repos, brokerage debt, and prime brokerage. Retail Banking segment includes retail lending and deposits, banking services, trust and estates, private lending and deposits, banking services and retail offered to its retail customers. Commercial Banking segment includes project finance, real estate, export finance, trade finance, leasing, lending, guarantees, bills of exchange and deposits.
