On 11 August 2022, the Board of Directors' Meeting of Thai Plaspac Public Company Limited (the "Company") No. 4/2022 appointed Mr. Vishal Aggarwal to be the Group Chief Financial Officer resulting to change in the person taking the highest responsibility in finance and accounting from Mr. Khanit Thanawuthikrai who takes the position of Acting Chief Financial Officer, effective on 11 August 2022. Mr. Khanit Thanawuthikrai will continue to serve the Company as Chief Accounting Officer supervising accounting matters with additional responsibility of secretarial matters as Acting Company Secretary of Thai Plaspac Public Company Limited.
