Thai Oil Public Company Limited, "the Company", would like to inform that the Board of

Director's extra meeting No.1/2017 on April 7, 2017 has resolved to appoint Adj. Prof. Dr. Thosaporn Sirisumphand as the Chairman of the Board of Directors, effective from April 7, 2017 onwards, and Adj. Prof. Dr. Thosaporn Sirisumphand informed the meeting about his resignation from the Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the member of the Corporate Governance Committee, effective on the same date.
