Thai Oil Public Company Limited, "the Company", would like to inform that the Company's Board of Directors at the meeting no.6/2019 held on July 19, 2019, has resolved to appoint Gen. Kukiat Srinaka Independent Director as Member of the Audit Committee, effective from July 19, 2019.

The Company's Audit Committee members as of July 19, 2019 shall be comprised of

2. Associate Prof. Dr. Pasu Decharin
3. Gen. Kukiat Srinaka
