TH Heavy Engineering Berhad announced appointment of ENCIK ZAINAL 'ABIDIN BIN ABD JALIL as Independent and Non Executive Director. Date of change is March 15, 2022. Encik Zainal 'Abidin Bin Abd Jalil is currently the Executive Director of Dagang NeXchange Berhad since February 2019 after serving about five years as the Group Managing Director of DNex.

He is also the Group Managing Director of Ping Petroleum Limited.
