Texas Gulf Energy, Incorporated announced consolidated revenue results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2012. For the quarter, the company reported revenue of generated $9.1 million, an increase of $3.4 million, or 60%, from consolidated revenues of $5.7 million in the same period in the prior fiscal year. The increase in consolidated revenues was a result of an increase in utilization at International Plant Services, L.L.C., and the acquisitions completed by the company.

It serves the engineering procurement construction companies, providing services to customers in North America and abroad.
