1. The company hereby inform the resignation of Statutory Auditor R A MARU & ASSOCIATES due to non peer reviewed firm being ineligible to continue as the Statutory Auditor / Limited Reviewer.
2. The company hereby informs the appointment of Mr. Rashmikant Kuvadia proprietor of R.A. KUVADIA & COMPANY (Chartered Accountant) as a Statutory Auditor in the office for vacancy created due to casual vacancy.
3. Mr. Sanjay Jashbhai Patel Managing Director of the company be and hereby authorize to file necessary intimation and forms with the Registrar of companies to complete the appointment.

Re: Non-Eligibility to Continue as Statutory Auditors / Limited Review Auditor - of the Company until the Conclusion of AGM for the year ended 31.03.2022

With reference to the captioned subject, we would like to inform the board that our firm has not renewed its Peer Review Certification which was valid until 29.06.2022 and tbereafter we had commenced the renewal however due to non requirement in near future of the said certification we had withdrawn from the peer review process.

Our tenure of appointment was getting concluded in ensuing AGM of the company and we were recently informed that the company had received approval from the ROC for extension of the holding AGM for the year ended 31.03.2022.

We conducted the Limted Review for quarter ended 30.06.2022 of the Company as we were under review at that point and now for quarter ended 30.09.2022 we are a non peer reviewed firm being ineligible to continue as the Statutory Auditor / Limited Reviewer as prescribed by the SEBI LODR and the other applicable laws if any

We request you to take the above on record and consider appointment of other auditor/ reviewer for the company until the ensuing AGM as per the procedure laid down under the applicable statutes.
