Tellhow Sci-Tech Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600590) intends to acquire remaining 15% stake in Tellhow Software Co.,Ltd. from Gongqingcheng Yilin Investment Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) for CNY 87.4 million on October 30, 2019. After the present transaction, Tellhow Sci-Tech Co., Ltd. will own a 100% stake in Tellhow Software Co.,Ltd. Payment will be done in one single installment within 1 months since completion of change of registry procedures. As of December 31, 2018, Tellhow Software Co.,Ltd. has total assets of CNY 974.4 million and net assets were CNY 571.1 million. In 2018, it has operating income of CNY 860 million and net profit were CNY 41.6 million.
