Election of members to the Board of Directors of Telenor ASA

The Corporate Assembly of Telenor ASA has in its meeting on 7 May 2024 resolved
to elect Grethe Bergly as a new member of the Board of Directors of Telenor ASA
and to re-elect Pieter Knook and Nina Bjornstad as members of the Board of
Directors of Telenor ASA. The appointment takes effect from 7 May 2024 for a
period of up to two years. The members were elected in accordance with the
recommendation from the Nomination Committee. Astrid Joos Simonsen resigned from
the Board with effect from 7 May 2024.  

Jens Petter Olsen, Gyrid Skalleberg Ingerø, Jan Geldmacher and Ottar Ertzeid,
were elected as members of the Board of Directors on 10 May 2023 and were not up
for re-election this year. The same applies to the employee elected board
members Esben Smistad, Sune Jakobsson and Irene Vold. 

The Board of Directors of Telenor ASA shall according to Telenor ASA's Articles
of Association consist of between 5 and 13 members. Following the election by
the Corporate Assembly, the Board of Directors will have ten members, including
the three employee representatives, as follows:

- Jan Geldmacher - Ottar Ertzeid 
- Pieter Cornelis Knook 
- Grethe Bergly 
- Nina Bjornstad 
- Esben Smistad (employee representative)

- Irene Vold (employee representative)
