TM OPENS THE NEW YEAR WITH 'THANK YOU SURPRISE' FOR ITS CUSTOMERS!

Ushering in the New Year 2017, Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) as Malaysia's Convergence Champion is rewarding its customers with 'Thank You Surprise' gift, as a token of appreciation for their loyalty and continued support towards TM's products and services.

Customers from the residential segment who subscribed to TM Homeline, Streamyx and UniFi services by 28 February 2017 are eligible to enjoy this '​Thank You Surprise'.

Commenting on the latest campaign by the Company, Imri Mokhtar, Executive Vice President, Consumer and SME, TM said, 'In October last year, we announced that TM is embarking on a Broadband Improvement Plan (BIP) as part of the Company's initiative to drive broadband adoption nationwide, whilst providing unlimited experiences, unmatched choices and unbeatable value for everyone. Under the initiative, the average broadband speeds for residential UniFi customers will be upgraded at the same price. The speed upgrading exercise is currently on-going and eligible customers nationwide will begin enjoying the upgrades in stages, starting from this month onwards. To date, close to 70,000 customers have accepted the speed upgrade offer and we definitely look forward to receiving more favorable response from customers towards this exercise.'

'Now we are going beyond the BIP, and in ushering in the Year of Convergence in 2017, we are running this special 'Thank You Surprise' campaign where TM customers can enjoy special give-aways as our way to express our heartiest gratitude and appreciation for their unwavering support. And what better way to start the New Year than to reward our loyal customers, so do enjoy our surprise gifts, exclusively for you!' added Imri.​

All eligible TM customers will be receiving an email via their registered email address or an SMS from TM notifying them about their eligibility for the 'Thank You Surprise'. Alternatively, to find out your surprise gifts, customers can visit the website, http://www.tm.com.my/thankyousurprise starting 25 January 2017 where they are required to fill up their details online before claiming their gifts. ​

'Customers simply need to confirm their acceptance of the offer via the campaign microsite. TM is now going Digital to make life and business easier and the implementation of this campaign is just the 1st step towards enabling more digital initiatives in the future. We're now ready to evolve to being a Convergence Champion with our product convergence propositions, such as internet protocol television (IPTV), over-the-top (OTT) applications and webe as our mobile arm and mobility centre of excellence of the TM Group.
