Tekcore Co. Ltd. announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2020. For the first quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 127.564 million compared to TWD 137.443 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 32.451 million compared to TWD 25.783 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 33.151 million compared to TWD 25.763 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 0.34 compared to TWD 0.27 a year ago.
TEKCORE CO., LTD is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture and sales of gallium nitride (GaN) blue, green and ultraviolet light emitting diode (LED) epitaxial wafers and chips. The Company's main products include GaN/gallium arsenide (GaAs) chips, quaternary products, related parts and materials and others. The Company is also involved in the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) business. The Company distributes its products in domestic market and to overseas markets, including the rest areas of Asia and others.
