Conclusion of Technical Assistance Agreement with Hindustan Composites Limited, India

TBK Co., Ltd. hereby announces that it signed a Technical Assistance Agreement with Hindustan Composites Limited on August 31, 2017 with respect to manufacturing friction materials for automotive brakes.

１．Outline of Agreement

TBK provides technical assistance to Hindustan Composites Limited ("Hindustan"), a leading manufacturer in India of friction materials for commercial motor vehicles.

２．Purpose of Agreement

In India, which is posting steady economic growth, TBK aims to develop a new business in the commercial motor vehicle market by establishing a cooperative agreement with Hindustan, a leading Indian company.

３．Overview of Hindustan
