Talaad Thai Leasehold Property Fund reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was THB 151.99 million compared to THB 143.17 million a year ago. Revenue was THB 156.02 million compared to THB 143.66 million a year ago. Net income was THB 100.68 million compared to THB 111.24 million a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was THB 462.31 million compared to THB 433.19 million a year ago. Revenue was THB 471.08 million compared to THB 436.63 million a year ago. Net income was THB 218.6 million compared to THB 234.94 million a year ago.
Talaad Thai Leasehold Property Fund (the Fund) is a Thailand-based closed-end property fund. The Fundâs objective is to seek funds from general investors, using the proceeds of the sale of investment units to purchase and/or rent and provide benefits from those properties, including to improve, alter, develop and/or dispose other assets in which the Fund invests or possesses whatsoever lease, sub-lease and/or sale or other process for the benefit of the property in order to create the revenue and return to the Fund and the unitholders. The Fund invests in some parts of leasehold properties in the Talaad Thai wholesale market. The Fund is managed by Krung Thai Asset Management Public Company Limited (the Management Company). Citibank, N.A. serves as the trustee of the Fund. Thai Agro Exchange Company Limited acts as the property manager.
