・Changes will be made to TAIYO YUDEN's organizational structure and human resource deployment in order to achieve further results in structural reforms and growth strategy.

・The Quality Assurance Headquarters will be newly established to improve company-wide quality standards and to help expand TAIYO YUDEN's footprint in industrial equipment and

automotive markets.

・Executive level human resources will be recruited and hired for sites to strengthen TAIYO YUDEN's global operations.
