Taiwan Cooperative Bank (TCB) announces a consolidated pre-tax income of
NT$1,580mn and a consolidated after-tax income of NT$1,632mn for December
2021.As of the end of December 2021,cumulative consolidated pre-tax income
was NT$21,597mn and cumulative consolidated after-tax income was NT$18,876mn.
Cumulative pre-tax EPS was NT$2.01 and cumulative after-tax EPS was NT$1.76
based on the weighted-average outstanding shares as of the end of December
2021.TCB's book value at the end of December 2021 was NT$249,638mn.
The book value per share was NT$23.26 based on the issued
shares as 10,733.9mn.The above figures are from the Taiwan
Cooperative Bank's own settlement amount.
