"Central Bank's Regulations Governing the Extension
of Mortgage Loans by Financial Institutions".

NT$1,000,000 fine imposed
5.Intended improvement measures: Enhance relevent control processes and
check measures on operation procedures.

with Fined Notification dated Aug 9 2022 from Central Bank
