Taewoong Logistics Center Co., Ltd announced a private placement of 5,000 share at a price of KRW 10,000 for hross proceeds of KRW 50,000,000 on September 10, 2021. The transaction includes participation from returning investor, Taewoong Logistics Coto retain 100% stake in the company. The transaction is expected close on September 16, 2021. The transaction has been approved by board of directors.
Taewoong Logistics Co.,Ltd. is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the logistics business. The Company operates its business through three segments. The International Logistics segment provides transportation services focused on maritime transport. The Project Logistics segment is engaged in logistics transportation such as overseas plant construction. The Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) Logistics segment provides transportation services focused on land transport. The Company transports products including petrochemicals, semiconductors and others.
