Ta Ya Electric Wire & Cable Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 7,028.42 million compared to TWD 7,171.92 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 72.94 million compared to net income of TWD 360.63 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.1028 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.5513 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was TWD 13,728.49 million compared to TWD 13,183.57 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 158.67 million compared to TWD 796.06 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.2336 compared to TWD 1.2241 a year ago.
