São Paulo, November 11th,2020 - T4F Entretenimento S.A. (B3: SHOW3) discloses its 3Q20 results.
3Q20 Highlights
Cash management: gross cash balance of R$211.7 million and cash position net of financial debt of R$ 89.7 million, reduction of R$6.2 million in gross cash balance and R$7.4 million in net cash, compared to 2Q20;
Reduction of 31% on recurring expenses compared to 3Q19;
Sale shares in Vicar, responsible for the promotion of Stock Car;
Acquisition of a majority stake in INTI, a technology company focused on ticket sales for entertainment and culture sectors;
Subsequent Events: Negotiations to reprofile the debentures
