Business Summary

Sycal Ventures Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company engaged in the construction and property development industries. The Company operates through three segments: Construction, Property development, and Manufacturing and trading. The Construction segment is engaged in the civil and building construction works. The Property development segment is engaged in property development, property management and consultancy. Its development projects include Taiping Heights Commercial Centre, Segari and hotel. The Manufacturing and trading segment is engaged in manufacturing and trading in ready-mix concrete and trading in building materials. The construction projects of the Company are Presint 1, Bandar Baru Segari, Taman Sejati Utama, Taman Puncak Taiping, ICC Commercial Suites, and Educational Institutions. The Company’s subsidiaries include Sycal Berhad, Sycal ICC Properties Sdn. Bhd., Sycal Properties Sdn. Bhd., Sycal Park Sdn. Bhd. and Sycal Resorts Sdn. Bhd.
