Synergon Holding AD (BUL:6S7) launched a buyout bid for the acquisition of the remaining shares of Svetlina AD-Sliven (BUL:3LX) for BGN 1 million on March 15, 2019. The Financial Supervision Commission has not yet allowed publication of the buyout offer. Under the terms of transaction, Synergon Holding will acquire 0.185 million shares for BGN 5.5 per each.
On May 8, 2019, FSC approves Synergon Holding's tender offer to Svetlina.
