Suryaamba Spinning Mills Limited Approves Declaration of Dividend on Equity Shares for the Financial Year 2018-19; Appoints Mr. Sushil Kapadia as an Independent Director

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Suryaamba Spinning Mills Limited was held on August 19, 2019 approved declaration of dividend on Equity Shares @ 10% (INR 1.00 per equity share) for the financial year 2018-19.

The shareholders have also appointed Mr. Sushil Kapadia as an independent director.
