According to the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders for the year 2022 held on April 22, 2022 of Super Energy Corporation Public Company Limited ("the Company"). The Meeting approved the issuance and offering of debentures with the offering value not exceeding of Baht 20,000,000,000 (seven thousand five hundred million Baht) or equivalent. To use for the Company's normal operations and/or loan repayment and/or investment of the Company and its subsidiaries and/or working capital of the Company and its subsidiaries or other purposes as deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors.
The Company would like to inform that on June 23, 2022, the Company issued and offered the Specified name registered and unsubordinated and unsecured and have Debenture holder's representative No.2/2022. The total amount 2,300,000,000 baht. Offered for sale to institutional investors and/or high net worth investors the detail are as follows;
